As we do not have our own warehouse, all products are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Returns must therefore be sent back there – at the customer's expense (approx. $20). The package must reach the warehouse in good condition for a refund to be made.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
