Average delivery times

We strive to offer the best balance between price and quality. That is why our products are shipped directly from the supplier, which allows us to save on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping. These savings enable us to offer our products at a fair price.

  • 5–14 business days delivery time (Standard)
    *Due to our sale and high demand, delivery times may be longer than expected.

We cover all shipping costs – regardless of order value. Every order is delivered to your door completely free of charge.

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but during promotions and special offers, delays may occur due to high demand.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical challenges, delivery times may be 2–3 weeks.


Please note:

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address and contacts us only after the order has been processed, and the package cannot be delivered, no refund will be made. Any new shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • DEARLI is not responsible for damage to the product during transport and therefore offers no compensation in such cases.

  • By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions, and no refunds will be given if these are not complied with.

  • If the customer cannot be reached upon delivery, a notification will be sent via Postbox. If the package is not picked up within 15 days, it will be returned to the factory. No refund will be given. The package will be reshipped after receipt from the factory.

  • Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. DEARLI is unable to adjust the address after the order has left the warehouse. The customer is responsible for any lost packages due to relocation, incorrect address, etc.

  • DEARLI is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred during international shipping. The customer is responsible for providing the correct value to customs. No refunds will be given for these fees.
