Returns


At DEARLI, we offer a 14-day return policy if the product is not customized, which means that you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If the product is customized we don't accept returns.

Return conditions

For the return to be approved, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with labels still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Canceling an order

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed and shipped. If the item has already been shipped, our return policy applies.

How do I request a return?

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Observera att:

  • Returns must be requested in advance – goods sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • All returns are sent at your own expense, directly to our supplier (see our terms and conditions).

  • We do not have any warehouse facilities in Sweden. Returns must therefore be sent to our warehouse in East Asia. The return cost is paid by the consumer and amounts to approximately $20 USD.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We require a photo or video of the damage in order to process the claim.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Custom-made/ordered products

  • Dangerous goods (flammable liquids, gases)

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item? Return the item you have and place a new order after the return has been approved—this is the fastest way to get the right product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be made automatically via your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all approved returns.
We do not offer shipping labels for return shipments.
